Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a visit statement you can send to your insurance company to possibly get reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider for details on your benefits.

Do you work with couples?

Yes. I specifically work with couples who are childless-by-choice, or who are empty nesters. I do not work with parenting/custody related concerns.

What are your fees?

First appointment (60 minutes) - $210

Follow up appointments (45 minutes) - $155

Intensive individual therapy (90 minutes) - $310

Couples therapy (90 minutes) - $310

Where is your office located?

For a private and relaxed atmosphere, I prefer to practice in a residence rather than a commercial office space. Our sessions are held in a private home in The Avenues district of Salt Lake City.

How long does therapy last?

This depends on your desires and circumstances. Some people start therapy with a specific problem to solve and this can often be cleared with brief therapy. You may want to allow yourself more time if you have complicated or multiple concerns to address. Either way, we will keep an open dialogue from the beginning about the process and progress that is being made.
