I knew I wanted to make psychology a profession since high school. I had a curious mind, loved to read, and was a high achiever. The idea of helping people make sense of their world and to feel better felt like what I was here to do. Not too far into my studies, I realized to a greater extent than I ever understood, that I dove into this not only to help others, but to help myself. And so began my journey of exploring with curiosity my own feelings, behaviors, and relationships.
